For 15+ years I have focused my practice on treating complex chronic illness. I am dedicated to making accessible the most impactful insights, information, resources and motivation through my course offerings. Individualized Naturopathic Care is where we take all you learn, through my courses, to the next level.

My goal is to help you understand the cause of your condition, to remove the cause and allow your body to heal so you can experience vitality.

In addition to clinical & laboratory assessment, I use an energetic assessment technique known as Auricular Medicine to help determine blockages impeding the body's healing.

In treatment, I particularly find benefit in employing energetic modalities including homeopathy, acupuncture, drainage and Frequency Specific Microcurrent in conjunction with herbs, nutrition, lifestyle counselling.
